Withdraw from a purchase

If you are a consumer living in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from anything you bought on Galerra within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. Tell us below. We refund it within 14 days, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. What happens to what you bought is in the Terms.

Any clear statement works — email info@galerra.art with your name, the email of your Galerra account and what you bought. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. It is enough that you send it before the 14 days are over.
