What does the €10 unlock include?
Room for up to 50 works on that gallery instead of 5, 10 AI curation runs that never expire, pro looks, full analytics and no Galerra badge — and 7 days featured on the Galerra homepage and Explore once it holds 6 works. It also lets your account hold up to 5 galleries. One payment unlocks ONE gallery, for as long as that gallery exists.
Is the one-time payment really one-time?
Yes. You pay once for that gallery and nothing renews — there's no plan to cancel and no second invoice. The unlock stays on that gallery for as long as it exists.
What does free actually include?
Your first gallery — a public gallery holding 5 works, a share link anyone can open, and buyer inquiries with no commission. There is no time limit: the gallery stays open and walkable in 3D for as long as you like, and nothing is ever deleted. Unlocking it raises it to up to 50 works, adds AI curation and removes the “Made with Galerra” splash.
What happens if I delete the gallery?
A one-time unlock belongs to the gallery you bought it for. Deleting that gallery deletes the unlock too — it doesn't move to another gallery and isn't refunded. Swap the artworks instead if you just want to change the show: the unlock stays.
Do I need to pay again for a second gallery?
A free account has 1 gallery. Once you've unlocked any gallery, your account can hold up to 5 galleries — each new one starts with 5 free works, and you only unlock the ones that need it.
What is the yearly plan?
€29.99/year for up to 10 galleries of up to 50 works each, 15 AI curation runs a month and your own .com domain, set up for you. It renews once a year; cancel anytime from Settings → Account → Manage subscription — it runs to the end of the year you paid for. A gallery you unlocked with a one-time payment stays unlocked whatever you do later. Launch price — join by 31 January and €29.99/year stays yours. From 1 February: €59.99/year.
Can I have my own domain without the yearly plan?
Yes. Add yourname.com when you unlock a gallery (or later, from Settings): €29.99 a year. The first year is paid with the unlock, then it renews every year on the same card until you turn renewal off — it keeps working to the end of the year you paid for. The gallery unlock is a one-time payment and stays yours for good either way.
