What's new.

Your galleries can now open at a .com of your own. We register the name and connect it for you — nothing to set up — and it opens as your site: your name on top, your galleries in 3D, no Galerra menu.

• Where to get it: add it when you unlock a gallery — one payment for both — or later from your dashboard → Your own website.
• What it costs: €29.99 a year. It renews every year until you turn it off, and keeps working to the end of the year you paid for.
• Your unlock stays yours: the €10 gallery unlock is a one-time payment and stays yours for good, whatever you decide about the domain.
• With the yearly plan: one domain is included.

On an unlocked gallery, every work can now link to the shop where you sell it. Visitors see “Buy on pictrs.com” — or Etsy, Saatchi Art and the rest — right next to the work, in 3D and on the artworks page.

• Where to add it: Edit → click a work → Link to buy it. In your 3D gallery it is in Edit → Artworks.
• Which shops: Pictrs, Etsy, Saatchi Art, Artfinder, Singulart, Artsy, Fine Art America, Pixels, Society6 and Redbubble. Your own shop website works too, once we have approved it — write to info@galerra.art.
• Safe for your visitors: before any link an artist added — a shop, a website, a social profile — Galerra says where it leads and that they are leaving Galerra. The sale happens on the shop, between the buyer and you.
• Profile links you can trust: Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Facebook take just your username, so each icon opens the right network, and your website shows on your profile once it passes a quick safety check.

It is part of the €10 unlock.

When you unlock a gallery for €10, it gets a launch week: once it holds 6 works, it is featured on the Galerra homepage and at the top of Explore for 7 days.

New unlocked galleries — public, with a cover and at least 5 works — also qualify for “Just opened” on the homepage in their first month.

AI curation reads your works and proposes titles, descriptions, a statement and rooms for your show. A free gallery can now try it once and see the whole proposal for its own works: open your gallery in 3D, then Edit → Rooms → Curate with AI.

Putting it on your walls comes with the €10 unlock, with 10 runs.

Every gallery on Galerra got a new light — no setting to change, it is already on your walls.

• Walls lit from the ceiling: bright, the way a real white room is, falling softly toward the floor. Your work now hangs in the same light as the room instead of glowing in front of it.
• Floors that reflect: polished floors mirror the art and the lights as you walk — clearer on marble, softer on concrete and wood.
• A calmer ceiling: lighter, with soft light panels and one clean track running around each room.
• Frames with depth: your work sits just inside the frame, and its colours stay exactly as you uploaded them.

It works on phones too. If a phone can't keep up, the floor reflection switches itself off and the walk stays smooth.

An unlocked gallery now comes with a printable exhibition catalogue — an A4 PDF you can send to galleries, collectors and open calls, or print for an opening.

• A cover with your title, your name and a work.
• Your statement, set like a printed catalogue.
• A page for every work, with its title, year and price.
• A QR code on the last page that opens the 3D walk.

Find it in Edit → Catalogue (PDF). It is part of the €10 unlock.

• Prices from the start: each work can carry a price the moment you upload it. It is optional, and buyers message you right on Galerra.
• Your week on the dashboard: how many people walked your galleries this week, which gallery they walked most and where they came from — with a Share button right there.
• Only visitors count: your own visits are no longer counted.

Open your dashboard →

For teachers: Show to class puts your class link up on the projector as a huge QR code, with the class code and three plain steps — in English, Spanish, Portuguese or Greek.

Students scan it, type a name and start uploading — still no accounts and no emails — and their join page speaks their language.

Every free gallery now carries your own invitation. When someone walks your show and makes one of their own from it, or signs up from your link, they count for you.

• 3 artists, one free unlock: once 3 artists you brought have published a gallery with at least 3 works, one of your galleries unlocks free.
• The full unlock: up to 50 works, AI curation and no Galerra badge, the same as the €10 unlock.
• Your link and your progress are on your dashboard, with a share button.

Free galleries no longer have a time limit. Every gallery on Galerra stays open and walkable in 3D for as long as you like.

• Open again, at the same link: any free gallery whose walk had closed is back — nothing to do, nothing to pay.
• Your first gallery is free — up to 5 works, with a share link and buyer inquiries.
• Room for the whole show: one €10 payment unlocks a gallery for up to 50 works, with AI curation and no Galerra badge.

Create a gallery →

You now decide who can see each gallery. Show a collection to one collector, a jury or a client before it opens to the world, or keep a show just for the people you invite.

• Everyone — listed on Explore and on your profile, as before.
• Only people with the link — off Explore and off your profile, and search engines are asked not to index it. Anyone you send the link to can walk in.
• Only people with the password — hidden the same way, and visitors see a lock screen until they type the password you sent them.

Set it any time from Edit — on any gallery you own, free ones included (class shows follow their classroom). Signed in, you always walk straight in to your own gallery. The setting decides who can open the gallery on Galerra; images you have already shared elsewhere stay where they are.

A whole art class can now exhibit in 3D without a single student account. You share one link; a student types a name and starts uploading. No email addresses, nothing for a school to approve.

• Every student gets their own walkable show, and the class gets one page that lists them all.
• Built for minors: student shows are unlisted and not indexed by search engines, and carry no price, no contact form and no comment box.
• You stay in control: hide a show from the class page, remove it, or revoke a student's access at any time.
• Coming back on another computer: a student saves four digits and picks their work up anywhere.

This update is all your feedback — the things you told us were confusing, ugly or slow. Thank you for writing in. Keep going.

• Walking is one tap now: tap any spot on the floor and you glide there. You see the gallery through your own eyes — no avatar in the way. W A S D still works on desktop.
• Creating is three plain steps: drop your photos, choose "Let AI set it up" or "I'll set it up myself", publish. No jargon — and you can now try the whole thing before creating an account.
• No more filenames on the wall: IMG_2041.jpg will never appear as a title again — unnamed works read as Untitled until you name them, and Greek titles stay exactly as you wrote them.
• Rooms feel like rooms: plants in the corners, softer lighting, cleaner doorways — and every gallery opens with a proper title page while it loads.

Spotted something else? Use the feedback button — a person reads every message.

Share is now built for the person on the other end — the one who taps your link and steps inside.

• Story cards: every gallery can hand you a tall, gallery-lit image — your cover work, your name, a scannable code — sized for Instagram and TikTok stories. One tap on your phone shares it straight into the story flow.
• One share sheet everywhere: gallery cards, the 3D viewer, the book — copy link, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, plus a QR card you can download and print for openings.
• Publishing is an opening night: the moment your gallery goes live you land inside it in 3D, and the share sheet is right there.

Galerra has a whole new look — drawn from printed exhibition catalogues. Warm paper, elegant serif type, numbered works, and your art as the only colour on the page.

• Every page, one language: landing, explore, profiles, settings, the viewer — all redrawn in the same calm, printed style.
• Simpler pricing: start free with 5 works. Then either unlock a gallery with a single payment — yours forever — or subscribe and have everything unlocked while you're a member.

Every public gallery now doubles as a 3D exhibition catalogue — a real book you can flip through, page by page.

• One tap away: hit the new Book button at the top of any gallery — or on your dashboard cards.
• A real catalogue: the cover carries your gallery's name, every artwork gets its own printed plate, and the facing page lists the title, year and price — SOLD works included.
• Feels like paper: pages curl and turn with a soft flip sound. Swipe on your phone, arrow keys on your desktop.
• One link to share: your book lives at its own address — perfect alongside your 3D gallery link and your Reel when you're writing to collectors, schools or photo clubs.

The biggest visual upgrade since launch. Open Edit → Look in your gallery and dress the whole space — every change appears instantly as you click, and you stay right where you're standing.

• 13 wall & floor finishes: smooth plaster, painted brick, night fabric, graphite, terrazzo, checker marble, oak and more — crafted to make your work the hero.
• The Photo collection (Pro): materials scanned from real stone and wood — Travertine, the classic museum wall; architectural Concrete; polished Marble that mirrors your lighting; and warm oak Parquet.
• Frames, your call: black, white, oak, museum gold (Pro) — or no frame at all. One click restyles every artwork in the room.
• Wall Paint (Pro): pick any colour and the walls repaint live — the texture stays, the colour is yours.
• Stay where you stand: rearranging rooms or adding work no longer sends you back to the entrance, and every style change is instant — no stutter, no waiting.

One tap, and Galerra films your gallery for you. The camera glides room to room, pausing on your work — and hands you a vertical video signed with your name and your gallery's link, sized perfectly for Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok.

• One tap, zero editing: open your gallery and hit the new Reel button at the top. About twenty seconds later, your video is ready.
• Signed & linked: every clip carries your gallery's name and link — anyone who sees it can walk straight in.
• Share it anywhere: on your phone, the share sheet posts it straight to Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok. On desktop, save the video and post it wherever you like.

Also in this update: galleries open noticeably faster, artwork details like price and year are always kept when you add new pieces, and dozens of small fixes make everything feel smoother.

Our biggest gallery upgrade yet — and it puts you in control of how your work is shown, explored, and shared.

• Style your space: Pick wall and floor finishes — clean white cube, warm concrete, oak wood and more — and set your lighting colours, all from inside your gallery.
• Arrange it your way: Drag and drop your artworks into rooms, and upload, edit details, or remove pieces without ever leaving the 3D view.
• Walk right up to a piece: Click any artwork and the camera glides smoothly up to it — full details and “Contact the artist” are one tap away.
• Share it anywhere: Save galleries to your library, and share by link, QR code, or embed your live, walkable 3D gallery straight onto your own website.
• More beautiful, more true: Richer, more realistic lighting and your artwork shown in its exact colours — plus a smoother experience on phones.

How to set it up

1. Open your gallery and tap Edit (top right — only you see it).
2. Look tab — choose your wall & floor finish and your lighting colours.
3. Rooms tab — drag an artwork into a room (or tap a piece, then tap a room). Use Add room to create more, and group your work however you like.
4. Artworks tab — Upload new pieces, or tap one to edit its title, year, price, or to remove it.
5. Hit Save — your changes appear in the 3D space straight away.

A round of improvements aimed at getting your art in front of more people — and making every visit smoother.

• Opens on every device: If a visitor's browser can't run 3D — some in-app browsers block it — they now automatically get a fast 2D view of your gallery instead of an error screen. No one misses your work.
• Found faster: When you publish a public gallery it's submitted to search engines within minutes, and your 2D artwork pages are now indexed too — so collectors discover your work sooner.
• Smoother to walk through: Your character now turns to face the direction the camera is looking, so moving around your space feels more natural.
• Manage your plan anytime: Every Pro member can now open billing straight from Settings to update, change, or cancel their subscription.

A big visual + performance refresh focused on one thing: making sure visitors see your work the way you intended.

• True-to-source rendering: Paintings inside the 3D gallery now display the exact colours of your uploaded image — no more warm tint from the room lights, no more muted blues or washed reds. What you upload is what your visitors see.
• Smoother to walk through: Galleries run faster on every device — especially on retina laptops and older phones — thanks to a rewritten rendering pipeline.
• Cleaner walls and floors: Fixed those weird dark patches that used to appear on flat surfaces. Spaces now read as real museum interiors.
• Better third-person camera: The camera frames your character in the lower third of the screen like a proper cinematic shot, instead of putting their back in the centre. And when a wall gets between you and the camera, it now fades out so you can always see yourself.
• "Contact the artist" button is always visible: Even when an artwork is priced as "On request", visitors can still reach out — you'll always get the chance to start a conversation with potential collectors.
• Sharper artwork detail: Brushwork stays crisp even when you look at a painting from an angle, instead of going blurry.

Professors can now create classrooms and invite students to build 3D galleries together. Free for up to 5 students, or upgrade for a full class of 40.

• Classrooms: Create a classroom from Education or from Settings. Share an invite link with your students.
• Student Dashboard: Students see their classroom, classmates, and galleries. Professors see all student work in one place.
• Educator Plan: €29.99/month or €139.99/semester for 40 students. Students in paid classrooms get Pro access automatically.
• Promo Codes: All checkout pages now support promo codes.
• Gallery Limits: Pro users can now have up to 10 galleries with 50 artworks each (500 total asset cap).

Big update. You can now browse artworks without entering the 3D gallery, follow your favorite artists, and save galleries for later.

• Artworks Page: Every gallery now has a 2D artworks page. Browse all pieces, see prices, click for details — no 3D required. Look for the "See Artworks" button on any gallery card.
• Follow Artists: Hit Follow on any artist's profile or gallery page. Then use the "Following" filter on Explore to see only their work.
• Save Galleries: Bookmark galleries you love. Save them from inside the 3D gallery and find them later.
• Free Plan: Free accounts include up to 5 artworks per gallery — a focused starter portfolio. Unlocking a gallery lifts it to 50.

From now on, you can see your gallery analytics. Go to Settings → Analytics and you'll see everything — views, unique visitors, which paintings people click, and where your traffic comes from.

All data is anonymous. No cookies, no personal info. Just the numbers that matter.

We've reached 1,000 artists on Galerra. Thank you to every single one of you who uploaded your work, shared your gallery, and gave us feedback. This milestone means the world.

Here's what we've been working on and what's coming next:

• Infrastructure Upgrades: We've been optimizing our servers and CDN to reduce loading times. Galleries now load faster, especially on mobile and slower connections. Our goal is zero lag when entering a 3D space.
• Gallery Analytics (Coming Soon): We're building a dashboard that shows you exactly how your gallery is performing — total views, views per artwork, where your visitors come from, and which pieces get the most attention. You'll finally know if people are actually seeing your work.
• Refreshed Settings & Edit Pages: We've completely redesigned the gallery settings, edit, and profile pages with a cleaner tab-based layout. Everything is simpler and faster to use.
• Improved Create Flow: Gallery creation now includes a category picker (Photography, Digital Art, Traditional Art, etc.) and clearer limit indicators for free plan users.

More updates coming soon. Keep creating — we're building this for you.

Interested collectors can now reach out to you directly from inside the gallery — no emails to hunt down, no forms to fill out elsewhere.

• For collectors: Walk up to any artwork with a price, click it, and hit "Inquire About This Piece". Leave a name, email, and a short message. That's it.
• For you: The bell in the top bar lights up the moment someone reaches out. Click it to see who messaged you and reply to them directly by email.
• Your Activity page: A clean inbox for everything — inquiries, sticker notifications, all in one place. Check it out here.
• Stay on top of it: Each inquiry shows whether it's new, replied to, or sold — so nothing slips through.

Add a price to any artwork to start receiving inquiries.

• Direct Uploads: You can now select and upload .heic files directly from your library without needing to convert them to JPEG first.

Gallery owners now get notified when visitors leave stickers, the in-gallery controls guide got a visual overhaul, and multiplayer presence is smarter about network usage.

• Notification Bell: A new bell icon in the header shows unread notifications with a badge count. Clicking a notification marks it as read and takes you to the gallery.
• Real-time Notifications: Notifications appear instantly when someone leaves a sticker — no page refresh needed.
• Mark All Read: Clear your unread count with a single tap from the notification dropdown.
• Controls Redesign: The in-gallery "How to explore" guide now uses a card-based layout with a visual WASD keyboard, grouped touch controls, and feature cards for stickers and voice.
• Smarter Presence: Multiplayer heartbeat requests now skip when you're standing still, dropping network traffic by ~70% while idle.

App version is now visible across the platform so you always know what build you're running.

• Version Badge: Shown in the footer on every page and in the gallery viewer (bottom-left). Links to this Updates page.
• Sticker Mode Fix: Sticker mode now toggles off immediately after placing a sticker, instead of waiting for the database save to finish.

Galleries now have a spatial guestbook. Visitors can leave emoji stickers with optional messages directly on gallery walls.

• Leave a Sticker: Tap the floating button at the bottom of any gallery, then tap a wall to place an emoji sticker with an optional message and your name.
• Persistent: Stickers are saved and visible to all visitors — no account required to leave one.
• Owner Controls: Gallery owners can tap any sticker and remove it.
• Sticker Look: Stickers render as compact cards with a white background, slight random tilt, and text directly on them — distinct from artworks.

Refined the mobile experience for better control over gallery visits.

• Streamlined Audio Controls: Moved microphone and volume controls to the main action stack for easier access and a cleaner view.
• Live Indicator: Added a high-visibility green pulse animation to the microphone button so you always know when you're live.

• Performance: Optimized asset loading for faster gallery entry.

The whole look of Galerra was rebuilt this winter — warmer light, cleaner walls, frames that sit properly on them, and rooms that open into one another instead of ending.

We also took something out. For a while, other visitors appeared beside you as you walked. It turns out a gallery you walk alone is closer to the real thing, so it went.

For a while you were not alone in a gallery. You could see other visitors moving through the rooms with you, and say something to them.

It lasted two months. Walking a show alone turned out to be closer to the real thing — you slow down when nobody is watching — so it came out again in February.

From this point a gallery stopped being something you showed on your own screen and became something you send. One link, opening on anyone's phone, with no app and no account for the person receiving it. Everything since has been built around that one link.

The first version could only hang your work in a handful of fixed rooms, in positions set by hand. That was never going to fit real exhibitions, so we started over.

The Galerra you use now begins here: rooms built around your actual work — however many pieces you have, and whatever shape they are.

The first Galerra opened to anyone who wanted to try it. Artists walked their own work for the first time and told us what was wrong with it — and most of what they said became the rebuild that followed.

The first day of Galerra. By that evening you could put a photograph of a painting in and get a wall you could walk up to. Eight days later the whole thing worked end to end: upload your work, walk through the room it makes, and send the link to someone else.
